Even if you’ve lost your warranty card, you can still claim warranty by presenting your Leonardo’s invoice to us.

You can come to Leonardo’s and we would be happy to able to help you out with warranty issues. Alternatively, please refer to the manufacturer details on the warranty card included with your product (if applicable) with your proof of purchase.

Do I need to pre-pay for my product when I order it?
Pre-payment is 100% safe and easy. However, Leonardo’s also offers you the possibility to pay Cash On Pickup when checking out. With Cash On Pickup, you can pay in cash when you pick up the product from us under the cash on pickup option. Make sure you bring along your invoice with you when collecting an order.
Is it safe to pay with credit / debit card?

Can I order using the Leonardo’s mobile website?
The Leonardo’s mobile website offers all the order and payment options that Leonardo’s website version offers. You can place an order and pay without any worries with the preferred option of your choice.
How do I use a gift card or a voucher?
It’s simple! When you get to the payment stage while checking out simply enter the gift card code in the voucher box.
Does Leonardo’s offer credit purchases? Yes, Leonardo’s do offers different options for purchases on credit to our regular clients for order over AUD 500 or above. But unfortunately, this option is not available online. If you are our regular client and would like to avail this option, please contact us on 03-9761-5755.
My order value is more than my voucher amount. What do I do? If your Gift Card value is less than the order amount, you’ll be asked to select an additional payment method to complete the payment.
