We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal through secure online payment and cash upon pickup.

Delivery Timelines/Policy

Goods will be sent via registered post with Australia Post wherever possible. All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We endeavour to dispatch orders which are in stock within 1-2 business days of receiving confirmation of payment.Business days exclude public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Leonardo’s Pty Ltd has no control over, and makes no warranty in relation, to the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods.

Please note that a delay is expected for orders because of non-availability of raw material or non-availability of products. In the event of backorder we will contact you directly with an ETA. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

• The destination to which you want the order shipped to
• Product’s availability with us
• It is possible that we or our Courier Partners face exceptional issues between the day you place your order and the date of delivery. In such cases, your product may be delivered beyond the indicated timelines.

The delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you.
